Well Well Well, It Has Been Months.... Dont even know where to begin... All I know I am the happiest I have been in a long time, I have an amazing guy in my life, we started officially dating may 26th 2010. Gary has made me realize so much in life I would not be where I am or who I am if it wasn't for him... August 27th I was put in the hospital cause my body went septic, I had streptococcal in my blood, My Family, Gary and I were very worried, I was scared. I have too say this is all when it hit me hard about how much Gary means too me, Gary sat there with me and would not leave my side, he had friends here from Pennsylvania and still wouldn't leave me, as I laid there and cried and was not feeling well Gary held my hand and reassured me everything was gonna be okay! My mom looked at me and said Brittany You BETTER NEVER think this guy doesn't love you, And Told me he was a keeper, and that she truly respected him and liked him, this was also when I realized I had my moms approval of him! Gary I Love You with all my heart, I am so thankful that you came into my life when you did to help strengthen me and too make me a better person, and too be able too feel the power of love and someone who really cares about me, You Are Truly A Blessing In My LIFE!!

Favorite quotes!

These are just a few of my favorite quotes!

  • True love is not so much a matter of romance as it is a matter of anxious concern for the well being of ones companion. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • He never said it would be easy...All he said is that it will be worth it!
  • Popularity ends on yearbook day, but respect lasts forever.”
    ~Gordon B. Hinkley
  • Your faith will perform miracles especially when you get your hands and feet involved.” ~Gordon B. Hinkley
  • Without hard work, nothing grows but weeds. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Our kindness may be the most persuasive argument for that which we believe. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Of course we're Christian. The very name of the church declares that. The more people see us and come to know us, the more I believe they will come to realize that we are trying to exemplify in our lives and in our living the great ideals which (Jesus Christ) taught. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • A prominent judge was asked what we, as citizens of the countries of the world, could do to reduce crime and disobedience to law and to bring peace and contentment into our lives and into our nations. He thoughtfully replied, ?I would suggest a return to the old-fashioned practice of family prayer. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Believe in Jesus Christ, our Savior and our Redeemer, the Son of God, who came to earth and walked the dusty roads of Palestine-the Son of God-to teach us the way of truth and light and salvation, and who, in one great and glorious act offered an atonement for each of us. He opened the way of salvation and exaltation for each of us, under which we may go forward in the Church and kingdom of God. Be not faithless, but believe in the great and wonderful and marvelous blessings of the Atonement. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Truly, my dear young friends, you are a chosen generation. I hope you will never forget it. I hope you will never take it for granted. I hope there will grow in your hearts an overpowering sense of gratitude to God, who has made it possible for you to come upon the earth in this marvelous season of the world's history. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Those who grieve frequently find themselves alone. Missed is the laughter of children, the commotion of teenagers, and the tender, loving concern of a departed companion. The clock ticks more loudly, time passes more slowly, and four walls can indeed a prison make. I extol those who, with loving care and compassionate concern, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and house the homeless. He who notes the sparrow?s fall will not be unmindful of such service. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • No man's faith, no man's religion, no religion in all the world can ever rise above the truth. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • The Lord would want you to be successful. He would. You are His sons and His daughters. He has the same kind of love and ambition for you that your earthly parents have. They want you to do well and you can do it. ~Gordon B. Hinckley
  • Under the plan of heaven, the husband and the wife walk side by side as companions, neither one ahead of the other, but a daughter of God and a son of God walking side by side. Let your families be families of love and peace and happiness. Gather your children around you and have your family home evenings, teach your children the ways of the Lord, read to them from the scriptures, and let them come to know the great truths of the eternal gospel as set forth in these words of the Almighty. ~Gordon B. Hinckley

Footprints in the sand!

One night a man had a dream.
He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Scenes from his life flashed across the skyand he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonging to him and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life had flashed before him,he recalled that at the lowest and saddest times of his lifethere was only one set of footprints.
Dismayed, he asked, "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.I don't understand why, when I needed you most, you would leave me."
The Lord replied, "My precious child.I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and sufferingwhen you saw only one set of footprints...
That was when I carried you."

My Treasure

My Treasure - For Mom

I look back on these years To see how far I've come and grown,I take a trip down memory lane,And what I see has shown ...That every step I've taken,You have been there by my side ...From infancy to adulthood,We've stood the test of time. You cradled me and nurtured me,Through all these many years; You held me and did comfort me,Through happiness and tears. You'd pick me up when I would fall,You'd dust me off and then,Encourage me to get back onThat horse and ride again.Your constant care and loving,And your warm inviting heart,Has always been a treasure thatI knew would n'er depart. If I could be "just half" the personYou have been to me ...Then you have taught me well dear mom,For in my heart I see ...A woman whose most gentle soul,Embraces me each day ...A woman whom I dearly love,Much more than words can say.

I AM

I Am
I am a worthwhile person.I am entitled to be who I am.If you can't accept me as I am,Then you are not worthyTo be a part of my lifeTo ignore or reject who I amIs your loss.I deserve uncompromised devotion.Anything less is unacceptable. If you can't view meAs the treasure, the prizeThat I am,Then forget it--I am worth more than that. There will be othersWho will recognizeThe worthiness of who I am.I am who I amAnd I am a worthwhile person.
